Cinnamon & Cayenne pepper are great for boosting metabolism

Put Flax seed oil in smoothies or on your salad, chicken etc...it has great health benefits

Cardio exercise will burn calories at that moment. With strength training you will continue to burn calories for 24 hours. You will start gaining lean muscle mass

Muscle weighs more than fat...do not use the scale

Drink the recommended daily amount of water as it will help flush the toxins out of your body.

Put 1/2 container of Epson Salt in the bathtub and sit in it for 30 minutes. When you get out you can see a ring around the tub...those are toxins

Buy a brush you only use for your skin-hard but not too hard. Before your shower brush your skin towards your heart and do this all over your body. This may sound weird but it feels really good.
