Top 5 things that annoy me at home

1. Leaving all the kitchen cabinets open. (looks like the poltergeist have been in my home)
2. Taking the portable phone off the hook and letting the battery die
3. Leaving the toilet seat up...hmmmm I wonder who does that
4. Throwing clean clothes in the laundry just so they won't have to be folded or put away
5. Leaving empty boxes of food in the pantry or freezer (Linsdey is that damn lazy)

My brother in law Doug passed away today. Everyone loved him as he was a great man. Mike, the kids and I will be going over to Seabeck tomorrow morning to be with Michele.

Pumpkin Farm 07

Carleton Farms is just about two minutes from our house and is our annual pumpkin patch visit. We take the hay ride into the fields and get our pumpkins for Halloween, see the animals and watch them shoot pumpkins out of a cannon. Each year our neighbors have an all day pumpkin carving party and we just love it. We spend the whole day carving, dancing, eating yummy foods and then when it gets dark we put all the pumpkins together and light them. We have gotten some great pictures over the years. The party is next weekend so we will go out this week and get some cool designs.

Rachel informed me today that there were two Rachel's because she met one at McDonalds once. I reminded her that she had a friend Rachel that worked at Starbucks. (yes I know it's pathetic that my child has friends at Starbucks). So anyway, she said there were only three Rachel's and I told her there were Rachel's all over the world. She paused for a minute and said, yes there are lots in China, Africa and the Soviet Reunion and that did I know that the Soviet Reunion was in Europe. HA HA HA

NO alarm today

I have the day off work today and I just woke up-yee haw!!! Every morning my alarm goes off at 3:30, I get up by 4 and am at work by 5 so sleeping until 9 is a major treat. My body is so happy!!! It's payday so I guess I should pay the bills. I will be broke my 10am.

I'm in the need of a serious rollercoaster ride. Scary, fast & high on the puke meter is really what I yearn for right now. Five times in a row would be good and then I'd like to have 2 bites of a corndog(can't handle the whole thing) with ketchup, french fries and ice cream. Does this sound like something my trainer would approve of-NO!!!!!

I love games

I am completely addicted to online boggle. We used to play the board game at home all the time when I was a kid. I bought the game a couple of weeks ago and Lindsey just loves it. Well it sprinkled all day but the kids didn't care. The jumpy house was the biggest hit ever and even the adults got in it. I was going to get in and then it hit me..."what in hell are you thinking..do you want to rupture your achilles or what?". Party was so much fun and the girls were very happy because Abby and Sierra spent the night. I"m pooped and looking forward to a relaxing Sunday.

Happy Birthday My Little Girl

Rachel turns 5 today and I can't believe it. At 1:50am five years ago today I was yelling at everyone to get this kid out of me.-30 hours of labor will do that. In this picture she was eating tootsie rolls after searching for Easter eggs-several years ago. Mike will be taking her to school today and she is so excited because the teacher makes a big deal out of everyone's birthdays. Last night Mike and I did our present shopping and got cupcakes for her class today. Mike is picking her up for a lunch date as well so she will be so excited and surprised. Her birthday party will be on Saturday and this is Fall in Seattle to it will probably rain but who cares. Much love and happiness today to my little Boo.
