Since Bert and Ernie are OUT, I guess they thought that Big Bird and Snuffleupagus should be able to show their love, too.
It is just down right irresponsible the way those left wing fanatics over at Sesame Street thought that it was OK all of those years to encourage us to have imaginations. I know I was permanently damaged when I found out my imaginary friend, Lezzy, was just a halucination brought on by the LSD Chad had slipped into my Mac N Cheese.
