Seems you and Kris have a different oppinion on that one. I haven't seen it yet. I never read the books, so it will not be compared to anything for me. I had a dream the other night that we all went to see the movie together...
So, did you "just" like it? Or were there aspects that disappointed you?
I've read mixed reviews about it, and was curious to see what your opinion would be.
I still want to see it, but am always leery of books-to-movies. There always seems to be some crucial element that's lacking, as nothing truly lives up to one's imagination.
I really liked it but of course nothing compares to a book. I felt like the characters were as I pictured them....especially the whole Cullen gang. The dad was exactly as I saw him and the kids did a good job acting like teenagers. The sparkle part was cool..not sure how they did that. James was very mean looking and the fight scene was cool

I'm curious...how did they make Edward sparkle???
